Meet
Bill Askea


Bill Askea is the retired founder and owner of Ask-Kay Electric, Inc.

The 40-year resident of Cobb is chairman of the Cobb County Development Authority, the Senior Citizens Development Authority, the Chattahoochee Technical College Foundation Capital Campaign and the Cobb Small Business Task Force.

He also serves on the new Cobb County Workforce Investment Board and the Calvary Children's Home Board.

Mr. Askea served nine years on the the board of the Chattahoochee Technical Institute and was chairman. He also served two terms on the Board of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, as well as other committees and boards in the area.

He also served as President of the Smyrna Rotary Club (Rotarian of the Year). He was named the Small Business Person of the Year in Smyrna.

Bill Askea and his wife, Gerry, live in Calvary Lake subdivision in West Marietta. They have three adult children, and four grandchildren.
