Citi considers leaving current Florence complex

Florence KY: Citigroup, one of the largest employers in Northern Kentucky, is looking at options to relocate its current Florence operations, according to multiple sources.
The Cincinnati Business Courier reports the international banking and other financial services company is considering a move, looking at replacement sites in Ohio and Northern Kentucky.
The article ominously noted Citi has previously complained about an inability to fully-staff the Florence location, which may explain the interest in going elsewhere.
With 1900 employees Citi is the tenth largest employer in Northern Kentucky. Its lease at the complex, located at 4600 Houston Rd, ends in a couple of years.
